Job summary

Silfex Inc., A Lam Research Company is seeking a senior-quality professional to direct CMM programming activities in support of production. The role emphasizes safety, process control, and continuous improvement within a structured quality system.

You will coordinate with Metrology, Programming, and Maintenance teams to ensure inspections meet specifications and schedules. A strong Lean/Six Sigma background and mentoring skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent with 6+ years' related experience.
• Lean Thinking and tools knowledge preferred for continuous improvement.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and influence others.
• Ability to read and interpret dimensional prints and technical documentation.
• Experience with quality systems and procedures is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates CMM programming activities for production.
• Ensure adherence to EHS requirements and safety policies.
• Review production orders and plan inspection requirements to meet schedules.
• Lead continuous quality improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain SQDC boards and drive standard work throughout the department.
