Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Quality Supervisor in Orangeburg, SC to lead the Quality Department across fabrication, welding and powder coating operations. You will ensure materials, processes and finished products meet customer requirements, drawings, specs and the company quality standards, while guiding a team of Technicians/Inspectors on a daily basis.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
Proficiency in SPC and other quality tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the Quality Department on the factory floor.
Ensure materials, processes, and finished products meet drawings, specs and quality standards.
Drive corrective and preventive actions throughout production.
Oversee inspection records, first-piece checks, and nonconformance management.
Collaborate with Production and Engineering to resolve quality issues.
