Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Quality Supervisor in Cope, SC to lead the quality department on the production floor. The role focuses on overseeing fabrication, welding, machining, and powder coating processes to ensure adherence to drawings and quality standards.

You will mentor Quality Technicians, drive corrective actions, and collaborate with Production and Engineering to prevent defects and improve processes. A strong background in quality systems and manufacturing is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Quality Technicians/Inspectors on the production floor.
• Ensure materials, processes and finished products meet drawings, specs, and quality standards.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions throughout the manufacturing process.
• Review quality issues, dispositions, and nonconformances in daily production cycles.
• Coordinate with Production and Engineering to resolve quality problems.
