Job summary

Aluma-Form in Cope, SC is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead the Quality Department across fabrication, welding, machining, and powder coating. You will ensure materials, processes, and finished parts meet customer specs, drawings, and company standards while guiding technicians and inspectors.

You will drive root-cause investigations, implement corrective actions, perform daily floor oversight, and partner with Production and Engineering to prevent defects and improve quality performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance.
• Proficiency in quality tools and statistical methods (e.g., SPC, ISO 9001 knowledge).

Responsibilities

• Start-of-Day Quality Review and assign quality personnel.
• Oversee production floor inspections and ensure drawings and specs are followed.
• Monitor welded, fabrication, and powder coating quality against requirements.
• Identify and resolve quality issues; drive corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection records and ensure calibration of equipment.
• Support continuous improvement and root-cause investigations.
• Communicate quality issues to management and Production teams.
