Responsibilities

• Audit set‑up, in‑process, final, and rework inspection and testing, including documenting audit results on appropriate forms and maintaining quality records
• Follow applicable procedures, control plans/work instructions for inspection/testing requirements
• Determine conformity to current engineering and/or manufacturing specifications
• Create Non‑Conforming Material Reports (PUR NCMR’s / MFG NCMRs), and waivers for nonconforming material
• Complete required documentation in a concise, legible, organized, and timely manner
• Perform layout inspections and generate Lab Test Requests for product inspections/testing performed off‑site

• Must be able to work with a team in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Able to work different shifts and overtime
• Must be able to read and understand engineering prints including GD&T and be familiar with SAP and EtQ quality modules
• Familiarity with Statistical Process Control methods and analysis of data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Communicate professionally with all levels of the organization, including suppliers
• Ability to work efficiently with little or no supervision
