Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in metal fabrication processes and finishing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the fabrication team to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost KPIs (SQDC).
• Oversee welding, finishing, and other fabrication operations and ensure on-time production.
• Plan production schedules, capacity, and resources; monitor KPI boards and progress.
• Inspect welded parts and finished goods, implement corrective actions, and drive quality improvements.
• Promote a safe work environment, enforce health and safety policies, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Create production and status reports; communicate issues to leadership and support budget review.
