Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Maintenance Supervisor, Multifamily, to lead maintenance across properties in Jonesboro, GA. You’ll manage move-ins, respond to service requests, and uphold safety and compliance standards. Expect on-call duties and collaboration with property teams.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, EPA 608 Type II (or CPO where applicable), and a strong focus on resident satisfaction. Valid driver’s license and safety training are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant trade/technical schooling preferred.
• EPA 608 Type II or equivalent certification required; CPO may be required by city/state.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience in multifamily or similar settings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments (painting, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs, housekeeping).
• Complete resident service requests promptly.
• Maintain grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks.
• Respond to on-call emergencies as needed.
• Report budget-impacting maintenance issues to the manager.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document activities.
• Adhere to state, local, and federal housing laws and safety policies.
• Attend required training programs and represent Cushman & Wakefield professionally.
