Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments including painting, cleaning, and repairs to ensure a quality product.
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform various maintenance tasks such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and safety compliance across properties.
• On-call emergency procedures and safety reporting as required.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and document activities.
