Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Multifamily properties in Georgia. You will perform make-ready work, respond to resident service requests, and support testing and maintenance across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry tasks.

You will maintain outdoor and common areas, handle on-call emergencies, and follow safety procedures while representing the company professionally.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Type II certification required or in progress.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years related maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments with painting, cleaning, and basic repairs.
• Respond promptly to resident requests with a professional attitude.
• Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and amenities in safe condition.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies and report issues to supervisor.
