Schenck USA Corp. is seeking a Quality Management Systems Specialist to drive quality, EHS compliance, and workplace safety. The role focuses on maintaining and improving QMS processes, coordinating audits, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

The position offers a hybrid work option after 90 days and requires a 4-year degree with about three years of QMS experience in manufacturing. Competitive base pay aligns with ISO standards knowledge and certifications.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• 3+ years experience in a QMS/Integrated Management System
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and related standards preferred
• Experience with audits and corrective actions preferred

Responsabilidades

• Maintain QMS/EHS management systems for ISO compliance and customer requirements
• Coordinate audits (internal/external) and corrective actions
• Manage document control and CAPA processes
• Monitor and report QMS/EHS metrics and trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, compliance, and safety
• Support EHS programs, training, risk assessments, and investigations
