Job summary

Schnellecke Group is seeking a QSHE Manager to oversee the Integrated Management System, aligning ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and customer standards across the business unit. You will lead audits, drive corrective actions, and promote a culture of safety, quality, and sustainability.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in QSHE and 3+ years in automotive/manufacturing/3PL, plus lead auditor qualifications in relevant standards. Occasional travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering or QSHE field.
• Minimum 3+ years QSHE experience in automotive, manufacturing, or 3PL logistics.
• Lead auditor qualification in at least one standard (VDA 6.8/6.3, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, or ISO 14001).
• Experience managing multi-standard Integrated Management System (IMS).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs to ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Lead IMS, ISO 9001/45001/14001, VDA 6.8 and customer-specific standards across the business unit.
• Manage audit processes, identify improvement opportunities, and drive PDCA cycles.
• Develop KPIs and analyze safety performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee training programs on QSHE requirements and incident investigations.
