Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics is seeking a Quality, Safety, Health and Environment (QSHE) leader to manage and continuously improve our integrated management system across business units. You will oversee ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 programs, lead audits, and drive risk-based improvements to protect people, products and the environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in a QSHE-related field, 3+ years of automotive/manufacturing/3PL experience, and lead auditor qualifications.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering or QSHE field.
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in QSHE within automotive, manufacturing or 3PL logistics.
• Auditor competence: Lead auditor qualification in at least one standard (VDA 6.8/VDA 6.3, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
• Management system knowledge: Experience managing multi-standard IMS (quality, environmental, safety).
• Problem solving & analytics: Analyze issues, audit findings, data to drive improvements.
• Leadership: Strong communication and leadership to promote safety, quality and sustainability.
• Language skills: Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs to comply with health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.
• Manage Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements.
• Lead ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 programs for environmental and health/safety management.
• Oversee audit processes to assess effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Monitor processes using data and KPIs; manage blocking/release of materials.
• Perform risk assessments for health, safety, environment and quality risks.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain documents and ensure current versions are available.
• Develop and evaluate training related to QSHE and management systems.
• Manage client chargebacks by investigating issues and providing evidence.
• Travel up to 25%.
