Job summary

Schnellecke USA, Columbus, OH, is seeking a Senior QSHE Manager to lead the management system integrating quality, safety, health, and environmental programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related QSHE field.
• Minimum 3+ years of QSHE experience in automotive, manufacturing, or 3PL logistics environments.
• Lead auditor qualification in at least one standard (VDA 6.8/6.3, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, or ISO 14001).
• Experience managing multi‑standard Integrated Management System (IMS) frameworks including quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to foster a culture of quality, safety, and sustainability.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs to comply with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Manage the Integrated Management System (IMS) across the business unit.
• Lead the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and OHSMS (ISO 45001).
• Oversee audits to assess process effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Monitor processes and use analytics to detect nonconformities and manage corrective actions.
• Perform risk assessments and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Administer document control and ensure current approved versions are used.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate training on QSHE requirements.
• Analyze safety performance data and KPI trends to drive improvements.
• Manage environmental programs focusing on emissions reduction and recycling.
