Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics USA seeks a qualified QSHE leader to manage the Quality Management System across the business unit, ensuring implementation and continuous improvement of safety, quality, environmental, and occupational health programs in line with OSHA, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, VDA 6.8, and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years QSHE experience in automotive, manufacturing, or 3PL logistics.
• Lead auditor qualification in VDA 6.8/6.3, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, or ISO 14001.
• Experience managing multi-standard IMS across quality, environmental and OHS.
• Strong data analysis and PDCA-driven improvement.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs meeting health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Manage the IMS at business-unit level for multiple standards.
• Lead ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 programs with compliance and risk management.
• Oversee audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track KPIs and use PDCA to address gaps and trends.
• Coordinate incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain document control and training programs.
