Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics USA seeks an experienced QSHE leader to manage the Integrated Management System (IMS) including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and VDA 6.8 across the business unit. The role drives safety, quality, sustainability and regulatory compliance with a focus on continual improvement and risk management.

Responsibilities include leading audits, analyzing performance data, maintaining document control, and developing training programs to foster a culture of quality and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering or related QSHE field.
• Lead auditor qualification in ISO 9001/45001/14001 or VDA 6.8 is preferred.
• Proven experience managing multi-standard Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for risk assessment and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs to comply with safety, quality, environmental and health standards.
• Manage IMS at the business unit level ensuring ISO 9001/45001/14001 compliance.
• Lead ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 programs and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee audits to assess process effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze safety data to identify trends and drive preventative actions.
• Track KPIs and use PDCA to improve performance.
• Ensure proper document control and training programs.
