Job summary

Schnellecke in Chattanooga seeks a Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Manager to lead the QSHE program across the business unit. You will develop and promote safety, quality, sustainability, and compliance with OSHA, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and customer standards.

You will manage IMS, drive risk assessment, audits, and corrective actions, and lead training programs to ensure continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or QSHE.
• Minimum of 3+ years of QSHE experience in automotive, manufacturing, or 3PL logistics.
• Lead auditor qualification in at least one standard (VDA 6.8/6.3, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
• Experience managing Integrated Management System (IMS) across multiple standards.
• Strong problem solving, analytics, and PDCA mindset.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs to ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Lead the Integrated Management System (IMS) at the business unit and ensure ISO compliance.
• Lead ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 programs, ensuring risk management and continuous improvement.
• Manage the audit process to assess effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Analyze performance data and track KPIs to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Develop and deliver training on QSHE requirements.
