Job summary

DPR Construction in the Phoenix area seeks an experienced Quality leader to build and manage a quality network supporting Self-Perform Work (SPW) operations. You will drive prevention, standardization, constructability, and continuous improvement to align with client expectations and DPR quality frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 7-9 years in SPW, project mgmt, QA/QC or related field.
• CMQ/OE certification preferred; OSHPD/CM license as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SPW quality frameworks and processes to ensure alignment with project expectations.
• Lead cross-functional quality review meetings and drive process improvements.
• Manage quality coordinators and SPW quality function staff.
• Integrate quality expectations into pursuit, preconstruction and planning phases.
• Monitor quality execution during construction and ensure standards are met.
• Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions; analyze trends.
