Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of construction SPW project individuals to achieve exceptional performance.
• Oversees end-to-end execution of self-perform work scopes, collaborating with SPW project teams and addressing complex issues.
• Oversees and approves procurement of SPW materials, equipment, and specialty trade subcontractors as needed.
• Communicates SPW project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders with advanced SPW knowledge.
• Evaluates SPW project performance and implements corrective actions.
• Reviews SPW project documentation for compliance, reporting, and forecasting to support financial control.

Education

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience
