Job summary

House Rx, Inc. is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead our team of Quality Specialists and own the QA function across our specialty pharmacy operations. This is a working supervisor role, where you do the work alongside the team and shape the audit program for scale and excellence.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Centralized Services, the position is remote with occasional travel to House Rx hubs or customer sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, including claims processing, prior authorizations, or dispensing.
• 2+ years in a quality assurance, auditing, or compliance role in specialty pharmacy.
• Proven leadership experience or strong mentorship skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to drive improvement through data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end quality audit program across order processing, claims, prior authorizations, dispensing, and patient calls.
• Maintain a working audit caseload and model best practices with the team.
• Develop QA scorecards, audit tools, SOPs, and calibration processes.
• Lead root-cause analysis, remediation plans, and corrective actions with partner teams.
• Ensure standards align with payer requirements and clinic expectations.
• Support clinic launches with quality coverage before go-live.
• Provide quality data and SME support during implementations and executive reviews.
