Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Clinical Quality Manager - Medication Care to uphold top-tier quality across Medication Providers. You will drive QA programs, investigate care complaints, manage peer reviews, and partner with clinical leadership to optimize provider performance and workflow efficiency.

The role is fully remote in the U.S., with occasional travel for events. You’ll work with Legal, Credentialing, Provider Operations, and Clinical Leadership to scale quality initiatives and ensure

Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health quality assurance or provider performance management.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to design, implement, and monitor quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Investigate QoC concerns by reviewing complaints, provider documentation, and metrics.
• Apply clinical judgment to determine interventions and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with Medication Prescribers and cross-functional teams to improve care delivery.
• Conduct post-intervention compliance audits and escalate when needed.
• Analyze trends and outcomes to inform continuous quality improvements.
• Manage annual peer review program and ensure timely completion and documentation.
