House Rx, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sr. Customer Success Manager to lead customer initiatives across success, pharmacy operations, and financial growth.

You will build relationships, oversee operations, and help drive program profitability while traveling up to 50% of the time. You will advocate for customers, monitor workflows, resolve issues, and run bi-weekly reviews with cross-functional teams. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management or a similar role.
• Experience/knowledge of the pharmacy space is required; specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with dispensers, clinic staff, and executives.
• Monitor channels, queues, and documentation to prevent escalations.
• Oversee program P&L and ensure profitability targets are met.
• Identify growth initiatives and drive revenue growth year over year.
• Evaluate customer requests with ROI analyses and present findings.
