Job summary

House Rx, Inc. seeks an RPh Supervisor to lead our distributed specialty-pharmacist team across ONC, GI, and RA pods. This role focuses on training, onboarding, and escalated coverage in a remote, multi-state practice, ensuring consistent, high-quality clinical and operational performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in specialty pharmacy with leadership experience and a proven track record building training programs and standardizing workflows.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RPh license; US licensure.
• Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure as needed.
• 5+ years in specialty pharmacy with 2+ years in a lead role.
• Experience building training programs and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Develop pharmacist training covering PV1/PV2 verification, prior authorization and appeals workflows, clinical review, dispensing, and pod duties.
• Own onboarding path from Onboarding to Established with ramp milestones and checks.
• Standardize verification, PA/appeal, and clinical review workflows across pods.
• Manage coverage across ONC, GI, and RA pods, monitor queues, and optimize staffing.
