Job summary

Springwell is seeking a Quality Improvement Manager to lead and coordinate quality initiatives across programs. You will plan and implement improvement projects, analyze outcomes, monitor performance, and support governance and review activities.

The role includes supervising the Quality team and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and high-quality services for elders and individuals with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 years’ experience as a supervisor or manager.
• Familiarity with community services for elders and the Massachusetts aging network preferred.
• Demonstrated skills with interpreting outcome measures.
• Experience with continuous quality improvement principles.
• Demonstrated flexibility and creative problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute quality improvement projects for Springwell programs.
• Regularly analyze outcome measures and monitor performance against contract requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement across programs and implement changes.
• Support the agency’s Quality Committee, program quality meetings, and Designation Review activities.
• Supervise staff members of the Quality team.
