Job summary

Spring Health is actively seeking a Clinical Quality Manager - Medication Care to drive the highest standards of clinical quality for Medication Providers. This fully remote, full-time role collaborates with Clinical Leadership, Legal/Compliance, Credentialing, and Provider Operations to support scalable quality operations and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Active LPN, RN, or NP license with ≥3 years clinical experience.
• Experience in behavioral health quality assurance and provider performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication with providers.
• Ability to develop provider education materials and onboarding resources.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and behavioral health medications.

Responsibilities

• Lead QoC investigations by reviewing complaints, documentation, and metrics.
• Apply clinical judgment for interventions, escalations, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Medication Prescribers to inform quality improvements.
• Perform post-intervention audits to assess provider improvement and gaps.
• Analyze quality trends to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage annual peer review program for Medication Prescribers.
• Maintain peer review tracking and documentation processes.
• Operationalize peer review findings with clinical leadership.
• Serve as Medication Management QA SME for cross-functional teams.
• Develop onboarding and continuing education materials for providers.
