Job summary

Spring Health is a global mental health company seeking a Clinical Quality Manager - Medication Care. This fully remote role focuses on quality assurance for Medication Providers, investigating QoC concerns, and driving provider performance improvement.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Leadership, Legal/Compliance, Credentialing, and Provider Operations. Ideal candidates bring clinical licenses (LPN/RN/NP), 3–5 years in fast-paced healthcare settings, and strong knowledge of

Qualifications

• Experience leading quality assurance in behavioral health or healthcare.
• Ability to investigate QoC concerns and recommend remediation.
• Strong knowledge of clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with provider performance management and peer reviews.
• Excellent communication with providers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Investigate QoC concerns by reviewing member complaints, provider documentation, and metrics.
• Apply clinical judgment to determine interventions and follow-up; escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with Medication Prescribers to support quality improvement and policy adherence.
• Perform post-intervention audits to assess provider improvement and identify gaps.
• Analyze quality trends to drive continuous quality improvement and reporting.
• Manage the annual peer review program for all Medication Prescribers and track outcomes.
• Maintain peer review tracking systems and documentation; ensure timely completion.
• Partner with clinical leadership to operationalize peer review findings for performance improvement.
• Develop educational materials and onboarding resources for Medication Providers.
