Job summary

Providence is seeking a Senior Manager to plan, implement, and manage a comprehensive quality improvement program at our California facilities. This role drives clinical and operational excellence, ensures accreditation and regulatory compliance, and cultivates a culture of continuous improvement across all departments.

The position requires extensive experience in quality improvement and leadership, with strong project management, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Business, or 6 years of leadership experience, or 8 years of experience in Quality Improvement and HEDIS measures.
• 8 years of experience in Quality Improvement.
• 2 years of management/leadership experience managing people and/or teams.
• Demonstrated track record in performance excellence, including knowledge of methodology and tools.
• Strong coordination, organization, direction, and facilitation skills, with demonstrated experience managing complex projects for a variety of stakeholders.
• Experience planning and facilitating teams toward a common vision and developing strategies and plans to accomplish objectives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage the ministry quality improvement program.
• Provide leadership to advance clinical and operational excellence and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as liaison between Quality Improvement, core leaders, caregivers, and system teams.
• Train, oversee, mentor and coach managers and supervisors in their work.
