Job summary

Spring Health in the United States is seeking a Clinical Quality Manager for Medication Care to lead QoC investigations and quality initiatives. This remote, full-time role collaborates with Clinical Leadership, Legal/Compliance, Credentialing, and Operations to enhance provider delivery and workflow efficiency.

You will oversee the annual peer review program, develop educational materials, and drive continuous quality improvements across the Medication Management domain.

Qualifications

• Direct healthcare role experience in behavioral health settings.
• Experience collaborating with medical providers to deliver high quality care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and rigorous documentation practices.
• Experience with quality assurance, provider performance management, or healthcare quality improvement.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and workflow improvements a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate QoC concerns by reviewing complaints, provider docs, and metrics to determine remediation actions.
• Exercise clinical judgment for provider interventions and follow-ups; escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with Medication Prescribers to gather info and coach on policies and quality standards.
• Perform post-intervention audits to assess improvement and identify gaps.
• Analyze quality trends to support continuous improvement and decision-making.
• Manage annual peer review program for all Medication Prescribers ensuring timely completion.
• Maintain peer review tracking systems and documentation for quality outcomes.
• Operationalize peer review findings with clinical leadership to drive improvements.
• Serve as QM SME and liaison for cross-functional quality initiatives.
• Create onboarding and continuing education materials for Medication Providers.
