Job summary

Philadelphia Corporation for Aging seeks a Quality Improvement Manager to drive organization-wide quality strategies, supervise analysts, and collaborate with program leadership to enhance outcomes and compliance.

You will lead data-driven improvement, develop dashboards, and guide senior leaders with actionable insights, aligning with aging and disability service standards. This hybrid role supports weekdays with possible after-hours events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 5+ years leading continuous quality improvement, performance measurement, or program evaluation.
• Experience supervising a team and delivering results across multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, data quality, trend analysis, and performance measurement.
• Experience developing analytical approaches and mapping business processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of quality improvement analysts and provide supervision and guidance.
• Collaborate with staff to assess analytics needs and develop data and system architectures.
• Review raw data, data-collection methods, and workflows to ensure quality and identify gaps.
• Oversee dashboards and analytical methods to monitor quality measures, compliance, and progress.
• Direct risk-based audits of program data and monitor corrective actions.
• Communicate audit findings and advocate process improvements to management.
