Job summary

You will develop and enforce quality assurance plans, conduct quarterly reviews, and coordinate training to keep operations staff updated. Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to handle confidential information are essential.

Qualifications

• Direct related work experience in quality control or performance monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including understanding the legal language of contracts.
• Familiarity with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update internal tracking systems.
• Review case files to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
• Conduct file and system maintenance reviews for all Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act programs.
• Assist with the development, implementation and enforcement of quality assurance plans.
• Conduct quarterly reviews to ensure standard operating procedures and services are being effectively delivered.
• Recommend corrective actions; implement corrective action plans, regarding overall project success.
• Communicate performance results to senior management and keep them informed on program status.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
• Coordinate training activities to ensure operations staff are properly trained to implement project activities effectively.
• Assist and manage weekly follow-up calls to WIOA customers to update employment status.
• Interact with diverse teams and maintain confidential information.
