Qualifications

• Familiarity with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Able to work in a complex, fast-paced, and confidential environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literate, able to use software for reports, statistics, and database access.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance of workforce activities and use sampling, audit, and observation to evaluate compliance with policies and contract requirements.
• Implement a continuous quality improvement process through ongoing review of operations and admin systems.
• Evaluate internal reports and provide required monitoring documents.
• Develop and implement continuous quality improvement processes.
• Review customer survey data regularly.
• Communicate effectively with management and staff with good judgment and diplomacy.
• Document that case managers perform timely and accurate activities in required systems.
• Ensure performance reviews of caseload conform with state guidelines on indicators.
• Provide monitoring reports to QA Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
