Job summary

IEWC in Wisconsin seeks a Quality Manager to maintain the Quality Management System and ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, customer requirements, and internal policies. This role leads audits, coordinates readiness, and drives corrective actions across the organization.

You will provide people leadership to the local Quality team, support product and regulatory activities, and use data to identify systemic risks and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience; SAP configuration experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead ISO 9001 and AS9100 audits and customer audits.
• Experience guiding corrective actions and driving continual improvement across functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continually improve IEWC’s Quality Management System (QMS) per ISO 9001/AS9100 and customer requirements.
• Serve as primary liaison for third-party audits, certification, and customers.
• Develop and manage internal audit schedule based on risk and business changes.
• Lead internal audits and coordinate audit-readiness across IEWC facilities.
• Ensure policies and records are current, controlled, and followed.
• Document findings, assign owners, and track corrective actions to closure.
