Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions in Milwaukee, Wisconsin seeks a Compliance and Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee program quality, contract compliance, and performance monitoring within Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act programs.

You will manage tracking systems, review case files, develop SOPs, and coordinate training to ensure staff deliver services effectively while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services related field or 3 years equivalent work experience and a minimum of two years of contract experience.
• Must pass State criminal background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to pass Office of Motor Vehicle check and be insurable through the Company's automotive liability carrier.
• Must maintain proper vehicle registration and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update internal tracking systems.
• Review case files to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
• Conduct file and system maintenance reviews for all Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act programs.
• Assist with the development, implementation and enforcement of quality assurance plans.
• Conduct Company Quality Measurement Tool standard quarterly reviews to ensure SOPs and services are delivered effectively.
• Recommend corrective actions; implement corrective action plans, regarding overall project success.
• Customer satisfaction results to senior management and keep them informed of status.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
• Develop and coordinate training activities to ensure operations staff are trained to implement project activities.
