Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing shifts, maintaining accuracy of cash and inventory, and completing required paperwork. The role demands flexible hours and strong teamwork to drive a profitable operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members in RM's absence.
• Schedule shift duties and assign tasks.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and Brand standards.
• Maintain cash, sales, and inventory accuracy for shifts.
• Complete end-of-shift and end-of-day paperwork.
• Provide safe environment and follow health regulations.
• Communicate discrepancies to supervisor.
• Support training and product knowledge for new items.
