Circle K in Longs, SC is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in partnership with the Restaurant Manager. You will coach Team Members, ensure food safety, and maintain Brand standards while delivering excellent guest service.

This role requires flexible availability, strong communication, and the ability to lead under pressure. You’ll handle cash, inventory, and administrative tasks when RM is absent, while upholding safety and quality across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Full time availability during all operating hours and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and coach the team.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and corrects team; conducts second interviews for team members.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and assigns shift duties.
• Directs food prep and ensures compliance with Brand, Company, and health regulations.
• Cascades information and assists with new product training.
• Manages cash, sales, and inventory records; completes end-of-shift paperwork.
• Performs RM-absent administrative duties: reports, counts, orders.
• Maintains a safe environment and adherence to safety codes.
