Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Columbia, SC to support daily restaurant operations and lead the team in the RM's absence. You will coach staff, ensure service quality and safety, and help manage cash and inventory during shifts.

The role requires full-time availability, a valid driver's license, and strong communication. You will collaborate with management to uphold brand standards and drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Full time required with availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing

Responsibilities

• Assists the Restaurant Manager with daily operations
• Supervises the team in RM absence
• Leads and coaches team members and partners with management to meet standards
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance
• Maintains cash, sales, and inventory records and completes end-of-day paperwork
• Completes administrative duties when RM is unavailable
