Circle K Stores Inc. in Aiken, SC seeks a Restaurant Assistant Manager to assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and supervise the team in their absence. Lead and coach team members to uphold company standards and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, cash handling, and maintaining food safety and cleanliness in alignment with Brand and health regulations. Flexible schedule with day and evening shifts requested.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required
• Valid state Driver’s License required
• Excellent communication skills
• Motivates, coaches, and leads team members
• Acts with integrity; keeps commitments

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
• Coaches and corrects team
• Directs team and ensures food items are prepared and served to standards
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory records for the shift
• Completes end-of-shift and end-of-day paperwork and counts
