Circle K in Columbia, SC is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and coach the team in the absence of the RM. You will lead and develop team members, ensure food safety and quality, and uphold health and Brand standards to deliver a great guest experience.

This full-time role requires availability across all hours of operation, with pre-opening and post-closing duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team.
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment with housekeeping duties and assigns shift duties.
• Directs team and ensures food items meet Brand, Company, and health standards; coaches for proper production.
• Cascades information and assists with new product training.
• Places campaign materials upon request and ensures product quality and safety.
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory; completes shift/end-of-day paperwork; reports discrepancies.
