Circle K Stores Inc. in North Augusta, SC, seeks a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help lead daily restaurant operations and supervise the team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

You will coach team members, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain Brand standards while delivering fast, friendly service. Reporting to the RM, you will schedule shifts, monitor cash and inventory, and assist with training and new product launches.

Qualifications

• Availability during all hours of operation, including pre-opening and post-closing.
• Valid state Driver’s License.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Restaurant Team Members and supports RM.
• Ensures compliance with Brand, Company, and health regulations.
• Oversees cash handling, sales, and inventory control.
• Completes shift, end-of-day paperwork, and counts.
• Trains and coaches team, and handles new product launches.
• Maintains clean, safe restaurant environment.
