Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Gaffney, SC to support daily restaurant operations and coach the team in the RM's absence. You will lead Team Members, uphold brand standards, and ensure guest satisfaction through fast, friendly service.

The role requires availability days and evenings for a full-time schedule, with responsibilities spanning coaching, training, quality control, and administrative duties to maintain profitability and safety.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required
• Valid state Driver’s License required

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and supervise the team in their absence
• Lead and coach Restaurant Team Members and partner with management to maintain standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction with fast, friendly service
• Direct team and ensure food items meet brand, company, and health regulations
• Coach on food preparation and production management
• Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
• Manage cash, sales, and inventory records; complete shift paperwork
• In RM’s absence, handle daily/weekly/end-of-period paperwork and counts
• Maintain a safe environment and adhere to safety codes
• Partner with RM to meet financial and operational metrics and drive profitability
