You will supervise staff, schedule, training, safety, and compliance, while driving revenue through brand standards and coordination with support teams. This role requires leadership and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large teams in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• P&L accountability and cost controls.
• Ability to train and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Open and close restaurant operations and supervise opening/closing checklists.
• Deploy staff and scheduling to maximize profitability.
