This role requires strong leadership and a focus on guest satisfaction in a fast-paced service environment. The GM will manage scheduling, coaching, and performance, while ensuring safety, quality, and brand adherence across the unit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant P&L management experience.
• 5–7 years of overall restaurant operations experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and follow HMSHost policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Open and close restaurant; ensure readiness for business and adherence to checklists.
• Deploy staff to maximize profitability and meet unit goals, with P&L responsibility.
• Interview candidates and manage hiring/termination decisions; promote HMSHost locally.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with health standards.
• Lead training, coaching, and recognition to drive employee engagement.
