Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Quality Compliance Engineer to own the BA QMS, usher AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 alignment, and drive continuous improvement on the production floor and audits. You will work across supplier and product quality teams to ensure compliant, reliable battlespace systems.

You will lead internal and supplier audits, develop KPI dashboards, and coordinate with regulators and a registrar. A strong QA leadership background in aerospace/defense is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4-7 years of experience in aerospace and/or defense manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 quality systems and auditing.
• Experience with ERP/PLM/BI tools and building quality reporting.
• Experience with DCMA, DFARs, and government/defense programs.
• U.S. Person status and 20% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage BA QMS top-level processes, procedures, and records.
• Lead internal and supplier audits under AS9100D; drive closure of findings.
• Develop and monitor quality KPIs and dashboards for leadership.
• Oversee nonconforming material, MRB, first article inspection coordination.
• Collaborate with Product Quality Engineering during NPD to meet QMS requirements.
• Maintain document/record control and training programs.
• Coordinate with registrar for surveillance and recertification.
