Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a Senior QMS Engineer to own and advance the quality management system for Battlespace Awareness.

You will drive AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 compliance, lead internal and supplier audits, and push continuous improvement in both production and development environments. The role requires hands-on quality leadership, data-driven decision making, and close collaboration with Product Quality Engineering and Manufacturing teams to ensure accountability and robust

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in aerospace and/or defense manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of QMS requirements and auditing in complex product environments.
• Experience with AS9100D internal auditing or ability to certify within 90 days.
• Proven ownership of a corrective action system and cross-functional understanding of company processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own the BA quality management system and its top-level processes—keeping procedures, work instructions, and records current, compliant, and actually used.
• Lead QMS planning: quality objectives, risk and opportunity management, and the Management Review cycle; build input packages and track actions.
• Own the internal audit program end to end, schedule auditors, and drive verified closure.
