Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a Quality Systems Engineer for Battlespace Awareness to own and advance the QMS. You will ensure ISO 9001 and AS9100 alignment while coordinating audits, supplier qualification, and product quality processes on the production floor.

You will drive continuous improvement, analyze quality data, and build dashboards to track KPIs. A strong ownership mindset and hands-on approach on the floor are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–7 years of aerospace/defense manufacturing experience.
• Deep knowledge of QMS requirements and auditing in a complex product environment (AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015).
• Trained AS9100D internal auditor or able to certify within 90 days of hire.
• Ownership of corrective action systems beyond individual investigations.
• Experience with ERP, PLM, and BI systems to build quality reporting.

Responsabilités

• Own the BA quality management system and top-level processes; keep procedures and records current and used.
• Lead QMS planning: objectives, risk management, and management review cycle.
• Own internal audit program end to end; schedule, qualify auditors, and drive closure of findings.
• Manage supplier and external provider audit program; collaborate with Supply Chain and Supplier Quality.
• Support first article inspection, nonconforming material, MRB disposition, and field escapes.
