Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Quality Compliance Engineer to own and advance the quality management system for Battlespace Awareness. You will lead internal and supplier audits, drive continuous improvement, and partner with Product Quality Engineering to solve root causes on the floor.

The role requires deep knowledge of QMS standards (AS9100D, ISO 9001:2015), a strong ownership mindset, and the ability to manage certification cycles and customer audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of aerospace/defense manufacturing experience.
• Deep knowledge of QMS requirements and auditing in a complex product environment (AS9100D, ISO 9001:2015).
• Trained AS9100D internal auditor or able to certify within 90 days.
• Demonstrated ownership of a corrective action system, not just participation.
• Experience with government/defense programs and requirements (DCMA, DFARs).

Responsibilities

• Own BA quality management system and top-level processes, keeping docs current and used.
• Serve as primary QMS process owner under AS9100D.
• Lead QMS planning: objectives, risk management, Management Review cycle.
• Own internal audit program end-to-end and drive closures.
• Own supplier/external provider audit program under AS9100D.
• Manage product quality processes including first article inspection and MRB.
• Oversee registrar relationship, certifications, and customer audits.
• Own quality KPIs and dashboards with monthly reporting.
