Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Quality Systems Engineer to own the quality management system for Battlespace Awareness, aligning AS9100D with ISO 9001:2015 and evolving toward AS9100 certification. You will oversee on-floor quality, supplier audits, MRB, and first article inspections while partnering with Product Quality Engineering to fix root causes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of aerospace/defense manufacturing experience.
• Deep knowledge of QMS requirements and auditing (AS9100D/ISO 9001:2015).
• AS9100D internal auditor training or ability to certify within 90 days of hire.
• Demonstrated ownership of a corrective action system.
• Experience with ERP/PLM/BI systems and quality reporting.
• US Person status and ~20% travel requirement.

Responsibilities

• Own the BA quality management system and top-level processes.
• Lead internal audit program end to end under AS9100D.
• Manage supplier and external provider audits and corrective actions.
• Oversee first article inspection, nonconforming material and MRB.
• Develop BA quality KPIs and dashboards for monthly reporting.
• Coordinate registrar and customer audits and responses.
• Drive root cause analyses and corrective actions.
