Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Quality Compliance Engineer to own and advance the quality management system for Battlespace Awareness. You will lead audits, drive continuous improvement, and ensure AS9100D and ISO 9001 compliance on the production floor and with suppliers.

You will manage internal and supplier audits, oversee MRB and nonconformances, and collaborate with Product Quality Engineering to close quality gaps at the source. This role requires US person status and ~20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of aerospace/defense experience.
• Deep knowledge of AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 auditing.
• Experience with ESD, FOD, and counterfeit programs.
• U.S. Person status required and ability to travel 20%.

Responsibilities

• Own BA quality management system and top-level processes, ensuring current, compliant procedures and records.
• Lead AS9100D planning including quality objectives, risk management, and management review cycles.
• Oversee internal audit program end-to-end and maintain auditor independence.
• Manage supplier and external provider audits and drive corrective actions.
• Support first article inspection (AS9102) and MRB disposition on product quality.
• Maintain registrar relationship and coordinate surveillance and recertification.
• Define and report QA KPIs monthly to leadership with dashboards.
• Run 6S and FOD audits on production floor and manage ESD/counterfeit programs.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions from audits and field visits.
• Collaborate with product quality and manufacturing during NPD to meet QMS requirements.
• Develop internal QMS tools roadmap and harmonize BA QMS with enterprise procedures.
