Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead QA activities in a national role. You will supervise hourly staff, ensure compliance with the Quality Management System, and support internal and external audits.

Strong communication, analytics, and training capabilities are essential. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, data-driven metrics, and daily operations alignment with regulatory and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Some knowledge of QA preferred
• People management experience preferred
• Strong data analysis and communication skills
• Training and facilitation skills

Responsibilities

• Supports the maintenance and continuous improvement of the overall quality system and related procedures.
• Provide support on audits by regulatory, customer, and 3rd party entities.
• Track, monitor, and report QA metrics for the site.
• Monitor training and development of site associates to ensure compliance.
• Be a customer point of contact for QA issues/initiatives.
• Collaborate with QA management to develop and maintain management reports.
• Meet regulatory requirements relevant to operations daily.
• Ensure customer service and business standards are met daily.
• Plan, conduct, and act on inspection processes daily (Gemba, standards)
• Supervise, coach, and train hourly QA staff and related roles.
• Other duties as assigned
