Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead a QA program and ensure site compliance with the DHL Quality Management System and customer requirements.

The role supervises hourly QA staff, drives CAPA, audits, and metrics reporting, and partners with QA management to provide regular reports. A bachelor's degree is preferred and strong communication, data analysis, and training skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Some knowledge of QA preferred.
• People management experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Data analysis experience.
• Sufficient computer application experience.
• Training and facilitation skills.
• Self-management.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the overall quality system and procedures.
• Provide support on key regulatory, customer and 3rd party audits.
• Track, monitor, and report quality assurance metrics for the site.
• Monitor the training and development of site associates to ensure compliance.
• Be a customer point of contact for QA related issues/initiatives.
• Partner with QA management to develop, distribute and maintain regular management reports.
• Meet regulatory requirements relevant to operations daily.
• Ensure customer service and business standards are met daily.
• Plan, conduct, and act upon inspection processes daily.
• Supervise, coach and train hourly QA staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
