Zippy is seeking a Manager, Quality Assurance to lead pre‑close and post‑close QA programs across the loan origination lifecycle. You will oversee QA staff, drive calibration, and ensure findings align with policy, regulatory, and investor requirements in a fast, remote‑first setting.

You will translate QA data into actionable insights, manage throughput, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to reduce repeat issues while maintaining strong controls and service levels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in mortgage, consumer lending, manufactured housing lending, loan operations, underwriting, quality assurance, or a comparable financial services function.
• 3+ years of direct people‑management experience, including coaching, performance management, training, workload planning, and employee development.
• Experience overseeing both pre‑close and post‑close quality reviews strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the QA program across pre‑close and post‑close loan reviews to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant file reviews.
• Coach and develop QA analysts, manage performance and capacity, and ensure calibration and consistent application of requirements.
• Escalate material risks, track corrective actions, and partner with Origination, Underwriting, Operations, Compliance, Credit Risk and Technology.
